"Anyone Can Swim"

It is our belief that with the right attitude, the environment, and the right teacher, anyone, regardless of age or ability, can learn to swim.  Learning to swim is a process that one must be not only physically, but mentally ready for.  We understand that each student learns at their own pace and it is our goal to help everyone reach their true potential. 

The Swim Gym, Inc. was founded on three basic principles; strength, confidence, and community.  First, we build physically and mentally strong students through  our developmental teaching progression.  Second, we build confidence in each student with our patient and supportive teaching style until that confidence becomes competence.  And finally, we are building a community of safer swimmers.
