Ready to take the next step?

Our swim team prep classes are designed to introduce the next level of swimming. Using the skills learned through lessons, students will be challenged to build endurance, refine technique, and get used to swimming in a lane with others. Basic swim team skills will be covered such as; using the pace clock, circle swimming, passing etiquette, flip turns, and much more.

 
 

We offer 3 levels of Swim Team Prep Classes…

Intro to Swim Team Prep: The stepping stone from lessons to swim team prep. Students will swim independently but may need some hands on work throughout the class to correct body position and form. 6:1 ratio with the teacher in the water for the duration of the class.

Swim Team Prep 1: This class is for students who can take direction and make corrections independently. The main focus of this class is backstroke and freestyle endurance, short distance sprint work, fundamentals of streamlines, turns, introduction to diving, and interval training.

Swim Team Prep 2: Swim Team Prep 2 is for our most advance students. Classes are lead like a swim team workout with a warm up, main set, stroke work, and cool down. Students should be competent in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and familiar with butterfly.

Duration: 60 minutes.

Tuition: $220/month

Intro-Sundays

STP1-Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm or Sunday

STP2-Tuesday 6pm-7pm or Sunday
